Rates

RC consulting partners offer a choice of billing methods for providing the most up to date approaches to buying, selling, valuations, planning, and other related services.  We strive to offer the most current services at the very reasonable price points.

    Set Rate Services;
       Set rate projects are billed for each step of the process and allow clients to know costs at the beginning of each
       step of a project.  The cost from client to client may vary as each project involves unique circumstances.

    Services billed by the hour;
       All steps of a project may be billed by the hour.

    Contingency Fees
       Fees are contingent upon accomplishing the client's desired goals.

       * Many projects may involve a combination of billing methods.


Selling Steps - set rate services

Step One & Two, (valuation, price support, package, and promotion)
Step two will get promotion and advertising underway and put a seller in the position to
qualify inquiries, and provide potential buyers with support information to help the secure
financing and proceed toward finalizing the purchase. 


For Steps Three and Four services can be combined for fees and billing.
Services for these parts of the process can be billed on a per hour basis or,
as a fixed fee contingent on accomplishing the clients desired goals.

Step Three, (qualifying and handling potential buyers)
Step two of the process includes handling, communicating with, and qualifying potential buyers.
In some cases step three can be handled for the most part by the client with little help from RC consulting partners.
RC consulting partners can handle this step with services being billed on a per hour basis or for a fixed fee
contingent to accomplishing the clients desired goals. Obviously it is not possible to predict the time involved in this part of the sale process. 

Step Four, (final negotiations and closing of the sale)
We can lead the entire process of advise the client and his or her team.  In the negotiating and closing steps the role of RC consulting partners will vary with the role of the sellers lawyers and accounts. 



Modernization and Purchases - set rate services

Project review 
Most modernization projects and center purchases will involve conferencing with the client, defining goals,
developing options and  result in an overview and general analysis of the project.  The analysis will give include
opinion of the overall feasibility of the project.  After an initial conference RC consulting partners will give a client
a quotation for developing the review and analysis of the project. Most reviews will cost $500  but may vary
with the individual project.


When necessary for any part of  the process travel will be an additional cost.
