This Tournament offers an opportunity
not only to bowling centers
but also for organizations and individuals.
This is an opportunity to create excitement, and make some money for a little work.
Who can host a squad? There are three (3) types of squad hosts 1) Host center, a bowling center that organizes and hosts the tournament squad.
2) Host organization, these can include, city or state associations, leagues, or other organizations. 3) Squad leader host;
an individual bowling enthusiast that promotes and organizes a qualifying squad(s). What a Host gets;
A host or squad leader gets $2.00 per bowler. ( $20.00 for a squad ) If a host signs up 40 or more bowlers the host gets one (1) free entry to the tournament. This can be a
total from multiple squads. If a bowler in one of a host's squads wins the tournament the host gets $2,000.00.
What a Host is required to do. (it's quick and easy)
If you're not a center host you must get permission from the center to run a squad The host must register with the Tournament office, by fax, mail, phone, or on the web site.
Put up posters, rules, entry forms, and talk to people. Collect entry forms and fees.
Verify averages and other information of the squad winner. Send winner information and entry fees to tournament office, by mail, on the web site, or by fax. |
