Once you've found a squad you can,
Reserve a spot with the squad leader, at the course

You have several options.
1) You can ask your local pro or course manager if they want to host a squad.
2) You can host a squad yourself
(it's simple and you can make some money)
3) The tournament office will let you know when a squad is forming.
The date
for a local squad is set by the squad leader and the course.
There may be several dates at any given course.
A squad leader can play a squad at almost any course.
There are two (2) to enter the tournament.
1) With the local Squad Leader.
A golfer can give the entry form and fee directly to local Squad Leader.
The squad leader will collect the individual entries and fees then pay entry fees via the
Squad Roster On Line Form,
or mail a squad roster with entry fees to the tournament office.
2) Directly with the tournament
A golfer can enter
the tournament and pay the fee directly to the tournament office.
When a golfer enters and pays directly to the tournament office the golfer will get a payment receipt number which will be presented to the local host when signing
up to golf. The receipt can be printed at the time of submitting the entry, also a receipt will be Emailed to the golfer.
The entry fee equals = the greens fees + the tournament entry fee ($40.00 + greens fee)
The entry fee is $40.00 for each golfer ($80.00 per team),
The $40.00 entry fee Does NOT include Greens fees, due the wide variation of greens fees across the US
(world) it is not feasible to include greens fees in the tournament entry. As greens vary from 0 at private clubs
to hundreds at some golf clubs that part of the entry must be calculated for each course.
